Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Unitask Travel FZE, we strive to provide exceptional travel, tour, and administrative services. We understand that travel plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed.


Crucial Policy: The 48-Hour Cancellation Rule

For applicable services, cancellations and refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, tour, or departure time.

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service start time, or failures to show up (No-Shows), are strictly non-refundable.

1. Tours, Desert Safaris, and Sightseeing

  • Cancellations 48+ Hours Prior: You are eligible for a full refund (minus any bank transaction, payment gateway, or administrative processing fees).
  • Cancellations Under 48 Hours: No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity.

2. Visas, Typing, and Government Services

Please note that government-related application and processing services have strict external regulations:

  • All government fees, immigration fees, medical typing fees, and administrative charges are completely non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective portals (e.g., Amer, Tas-heel, or Immigration).
  • In the event of a visa rejection or delay by immigration authorities, service and government submission fees cannot be refunded.

3. Flights and Hotel Reservations

Flight tickets and hotel bookings are subject to the specific terms and cancellation policies of the respective airlines and hospitality providers. Unitask Travel FZE acts as an intermediary, and we must adhere to the rules set by these third-party operators, which may override our standard 48-hour policy.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

If your cancellation qualifies under our 48-hour policy:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back only to the original payment method used during the booking (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds may take between 7 to 14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
  • Transaction Fees: Payment gateway processing fees incurred during the initial transaction are non-refundable.
